Participants can reserve a queue number instantly through LINE OA and receive real-time updates as their turn approaches, ensuring a smooth and stress-free waiting experience. For administrators, KQueue offers complete control over the queue flow. Admins can open or close registrations at any moment, mark customers as served, or skip them when necessary. The system’s display provides a clear view of the current queue number and remaining slots, making it perfect for high-traffic events. During the Mahidol farewell event, KQueue successfully handled large volumes of participants, reducing confusion and helping staff manage queues with precision and efficiency.

1. Queue Opening

Admins open the queue for participants, displaying a live counter and a QR code for easy LINE OA access.

Participants scan the QR code, reserve their spot, and instantly receive their queue number via LINE OA.
